At Guardian Fitness, our mission is to encourage a healthy and stress-free lifestyle in every client and member by using functional training, nutritional education, accountability partners, and fitness motivation in a fun environment.

Group Training

  • Our group training is all about teaching you how to exercise all of your body. Our certified training coaches will lead you and your group will motivate you to become your best self.

  • This is a 7-week program designed to help you achieve your health and fitness goals in a fun group setting!

Executive Training

  • Executive training is geared towards career-driven individuals who are interested in improving their overall health in order to increase their performance in the workplace. We help you achieve the right balance of work and fitness. It has been shown that exercise improves brain functions, memory, and thinking skills overall.

Special Training Teams

  • One of our unique group trainings is our Special Training Teams. These Special Training Teams are geared toward a group of people that all have the same end-goal, i.e. marathon training, school athletics, or overall general health. We tailor the course specifically for this intention with your goals in mind so you will reach your full potential.

One Hour Personal Training

  • Register for Personal Training to see unmatched success. We create the perfect balance between our certified training coaches and premium equipment to help you meet your goals.

  • Personal training comes in a 6 or 12 pack of sessions and price varies based on current GFIT enrollment status. Contact us to learn more.

Nutritional Health Coaching

  • Our certified nutritional health coaches at Guardian Fitness are here to help show you what a healthy diet plan can do for your overall fitness. Exercise is just one piece of the puzzle. By following a well balanced diet in addition to a regular fitness routine, you will be amazed at the end-results. Not only will you see a difference on the scale, but you will also FEEL better as well. Put healthy items in your body and feel healthy in return.
